United Methodist Women to Host Soup Sale on March 13
Last month the SOUPer Bowl of caring to tackle hunger was a huge success with $1,567 raised for 3 local hunger relief efforts: the Beth El Center, Milford Food Pantry and Summerfield UMC in Bridgeport.
The United Methodist Women are happy to continue to meet this exciting demand with a soup sale on Saturday, March 13, 2021.
The United Methodist Women at MTM-UMC are a self-funded, local chapter who fundraise to support inclusive projects and programs that benefit women, children and youth.
These ladies are no strangers to soup, as they usually host monthly soup sales in the winter to fund their giving. While our church campus has been closed due to Covid-19, the United Methodist Women funds have been depleting. This event is a chance for us to support women who do so much to improve our church community and local community. Please share with family and friends in Milford.
